Lullwell Privacy Policy

Lullwell is built so that we never see your data.

What we collect: nothing. Your quiz answers, your tinnitus tone, your check-ins, your lesson progress and your sound mixes are stored only on your iPhone (and in your own iCloud backup, if you have it turned on). They are never sent to us or to anyone else.

No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Lullwell has no sign-up, shows no advertising, and contains no analytics or tracking software. We do not use your data to track you across apps or websites.

Purchases. Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. We receive anonymous, aggregated sales reports from Apple, and nothing that identifies you.

Notifications. Reminders (for check-ins and the day before a free trial ends) are scheduled on your device. You can turn them off at any time in Settings.

Health information. Lullwell is a wellness and sound-therapy app, not a medical device. Because your information never leaves your device, we do not hold or process it.

Apple Health (optional). If you turn on "Save sessions to Apple Health" in Settings, Lullwell writes your guided sessions to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes. It is off by default, Lullwell never reads any data from Apple Health, and what it writes stays in Apple Health under your control.

Children. Lullwell is not directed to children under 13.

Deleting your data. Delete the app, and everything it stored on your iPhone is deleted with it.

Changes. If this policy ever changes, we will update the date above and describe the change in the app's release notes.
